The World’s most prestigious JUNIOR snooker competition will take place at what is recognised as the best multi-table snooker venue in the world. Budding snooker stars are invited to play at the venue which has played host to almost every player who has graced the green beige and our television screens over the last forty years, from Ray Reardon, John Spencer, Terry Griffiths, Steve Davis, Alex Higgins, Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Ronnie O’Sullivan and many more. So why shouldn’t you be the next big name in snooker?

There will be two age groups in the competition this year. The junior group will be for competitors aged 14 years and younger, with the upper age group being for competitors aged from 15 years to 20 years.

At both age groups players will compete in a round robin series made up of sub-groups and each player will play a match against each of the other players in their sub-group. Depending on the number of entries, there will be 8 or 16 sub-groups and the top 2 or 4 players from each sub-group (depending on the number of entries) will qualify for a knock-out completion, from which the eventual winner will emerge. Any player not qualifying for the knock-out competition will play in a PLATE competition.
